SpinShark collects only the information necessary to operate the platform. This page explains what that means in practice.

1. What we collect

We collect the contact details you provide directly — through Telegram, by email, or through the sign-up form on this site — together with the record of your activity on the platform.

2. Payment information

Payment information is processed entirely through third-party payment processors. SpinShark does not store your full card or payment account details.

3. How we use it

Information collected is used solely to facilitate account setup, loads, redemptions, identity and eligibility checks, and to send occasional bonus code communications.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the platform work — payment processors, messaging and email providers — and where we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep it

We retain contact details for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your details at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Marketing emails

You may unsubscribe from bonus code emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing does not close your account.
