By accessing or using SpinShark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (21+ in some states) and legally permitted to participate in sweepstakes gaming in your jurisdiction to use this platform. We may ask you to verify your age and location at any time.

2. Your account

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and for keeping access to it secure.

3. Virtual credits

Virtual credits are used for entertainment and to determine sweepstakes entries. They hold no cash value outside the platform's own promotions and are not a deposit, an investment, or a stored-value instrument. Nothing in these terms creates an obligation to exchange credits for anything other than as set out in the Sweepstakes Rules.

4. Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer, including any playthrough requirement. Bonus balances obtained through abuse of a promotion may be removed.

5. Loads and redemptions

All loads, redemptions, and account activity are subject to review. Where a redemption cannot be verified, payment may be withheld pending further information.

6. Suspension and termination

SpinShark reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abusing promotional offers, or otherwise misusing the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

SpinShark is not liable for losses resulting from user error, third-party payment processor issues, service interruptions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
